Important: For personalised products (e.g., name chocolates like "Love U"), customers are responsible for providing correct text. flore is not liable for errors approved during order placement.
Pricing & Payments
- •All prices are listed in INR and inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as mentioned
- •Payments are accepted via UPI, Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets
- •Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available
- •Payments are securely processed through Cashfree
Shipping & Delivery
- •Delivery is currently available within India (Delhi only)
- •Estimated delivery time: 3–4 business days
- •Delivery timelines may vary due to external factors such as weather, courier delays, or festive seasons
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of food products:
- •Returns are not accepted
- •Customers must report damage within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/videos
- •Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
Cancellations
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled, especially customised orders. In rare cases where cancellation is approved, it is at flore's sole discretion.
